Christmas morning in our home with our little family is just so special. It’s one of those things that makes me feel like a legit grown-up. We are so, so blessed. Much more than we deserve. Merry Christmas and happy holidays to each of you! ️️

The best time for playing games is when Logan is asleep! Every day I thank my lucky stars that Logan still naps (most days). I know it’s all about having fun, but please let the record show that I CRUSHED everyone at Ticket to Ride. 🚂

With lots of family in town for the holidays, most of my family got together with my California Hanks cousins and their families for dinner – 25 people under one roof! The kids had a blast playing with each other, Hailey introduced 1yo Olivia to Shopkins, we ate birthday cake for my uncle, and Rushton spent most of the evening with his nose in a book (exactly like @brycewh did at family gatherings growing up ). Love all you Hanks people! (Hanks’? Hankses? Just Hanks??)

I wouldn’t recommend heading to the city on a school night with tired children, but it’s a mandatory law that you have to see the lights and Macy’s windows and giant gingerbread houses in San Francisco at Christmastime. So we did.
