Those numbers probably only mean something to those who’ve given birth.  For the rest of the world, it means I’m close!!  Doctor says I may or may not make it to my appointment next Thursday…  Who knows, but as long as the little guy waits until AFTER my pedicure and haircut tomorrow, I say BRING IT ON, BABY.

Good luck! Yesterday they told me 1 and 50%. Not too bad for 33 1/2 weeks! Can’t wait to hear more about when your little one comes. :)

Good luck!! I was about that at 38 weeks but Verena still came 1 week late. You just never know. Keep us posted.

Way to go Bain, you are soo havin’ a baby! I love your birthing plan by the way. Good job being blunt on your desires of privacy and hospital visitors. If it were my choice (you’d think it would be but it really wasn’t) I would have VERY few visitors in the hospital (parents, and maybe a best friend..thats it!). Doctors and nurses are always coming in and asking personal questions and they don’t care who is there to hear them. Plus, it super interferes with feeding time for a new baby learning how to eat and a pair of exhausted parents! So, I’ll give you a call and when its not RSV season anymore I’d love to come and visit and bring by the gift I have for you.

Girl… that is SO CLOSE! I don’t think you’ll make it through the weekend! But then again, I walked around at a 4 for 2 weeks! I can’t wait to hear the news! Go for a walk. That should work. And if not, they say the way the baby got there in the first place, is a way to get the baby out :)

Wahoo!! It’s so exciting that he’s going to be here so soon! I had to wait WAY too long for Mallory to come. I was never dialated or anything until I was in full blown labor. You’re lucky your body is already getting ready. How awesome! Can’t wait to see pictures! Good luck with everything. Ask for an epidural! It’ll change your life!

I think telling a pregnant woman that they “may not make it to their next appointment” is just plain cruel. It just gets your hopes up.
