We had a fancy Cuban dinner tonight at Victor’s Cafe, and I still can’t decide which course was the best – ceviche with avocado and mango, ropa vieja (braised beef in tomato garlic pepper sauce), rice and insanely tasty beans, pulled pork with yucca and moros, or guava cobbler with coconut ice cream. Yummmmmmm…
