I tried really hard not to cry as I tucked the kids in bed tonight as the sun set on our summer together. Tomorrow’s sunrise brings a new school year with new friendships, challenges, and experiences. I’m so grateful for these kids of mine, my heart feels like it could burst! ️

We rode out the last day of summer break the only way we knew how—at the pool with friends in 105-degree weather! 3 hours of inflatables, high dives, and sunshine sufficiently wore us all out. How have we never done this before??
