We’ve been at this shelter-in-place, extreme-social-distancing, homeschool thing for two weeks now, and somehow I’m still surprised that we wear ourselves out every day. There’s so much cooking and cleaning and managing learning and clearing the table over and over again and playing outside and roughhousing and crafting and creating and mischief. Today seemed extra productive because I exercised, showered, and even put on make up. We painted rocks, baked chocolate truffle cookies, practiced baseball, screen-timed, schooled, and made it through another day. I sure love these kids and the extra time we have together. Stay healthy, stay safe, and stay home, friends!
