Hailey, my artist. One of my favorite things is going through Hailey’s backpack and seeing all the things she has drawn and colored on the backs of her worksheets. Almost every single paper (and there are LOTS) has some artwork or a note to/from friends on the back. It’s the cutest thing!.The homework that Hailey never complains about is doing creative lettering for each of her weekly spelling words. She gets so creative and is almost giddy the whole time. I’m blown away at her imagination and artistic abilities. I can’t wait to watch her style change and grow as she learns new techniques! A girl after my own heart. 🏼‍

Jake and I are doing a guided bike tour through @sportsbasement this weekend and I’m just so happy to still be alive tonight! We rode 38 miles today, which is more than twice my previous longest ride. Started at Chrissy Field, rode over the Golden Gate Bridge (Bucket List ️) and through all the “little towns” up the peninsula, climbed some killer hills, and set up camp before dinner. Sunshine and changing leaves have made for a gorgeous ride. Say a little prayer that I survive the ride back tomorrow!
